Center for Disaster Recovery Cancellation Policy
Once your registration is received and processed a $50.00 per person charge is applied to ALL changes and/or cancellations not initiated by CDR. Cancellations are no longer refunded. A full CREDIT ON ACCOUNT less $50 will be provided if the cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the seminar date. A 50% CREDIT ON ACCOUNT less $50 will be provided for cancellations received by CDR 15 to 29 days prior to the seminar date and NO CREDIT ON ACCOUNT will be provided if the cancellation is received within 14 days of the seminar date. All registrants who do not attend the course on the date they are scheduled FORFEIT any credit. Credits will be applied to future registrations and must be used within a one year term. CDR may cancel a seminar at any time, due to such things as low enrollment, trainer availability, weather, acts of God, etc.
Exam fees are additional and must be paid at time of exam. Effective January 1, 2021 all IICRC Exam fees are $80.00USD per person, with the exception of the AMRT fee which is $150.00USD per person. Payment for IICRC exam fees can be paid by credit card or US cheque made payable to IICRC directly.
HST WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR BALANCE.
INVOICES WILL BE SENT ONCE PAYMENT IS PROCESSED.
