Fundamentals of Contents processing & restoration
This course focuses on providing project manager and technicians with basic knowledge and confidence to run a job with contents from start to finish.
Students will gain insight into processes, packing and other operational efficiencies in order to effectively document and manage contents claims using the most current industry guidelines. This course also guides students through the process of contents claims and cleaning, learning how to properly handle and restore damaged contents from soft goods to hard contents. Specifically, they will learn important inventory, documenting, storage, and pack-back methods for cleaning.
