This course is designed to teach the effective, efficient and timely management of what it takes to be effective as a project manager in this industry.
The course reviews with students the skills needed to manage restoration projects that require a quick response and recovery of property damaged by disasters. Students will learn best practices for these types of emergency restoration projects including estimating, project planning, and documentation.
